Obverse description Plain buff paper note produced by typewriter-style letterpress, with the denomination '2 PESOS' repeated at left and right margins and a border of repeated numeral '2' running along all four edges. The central text block states the issuing authority and promise to pay the bearer on demand in lawful currency of the Philippines, authorized by Resolution No. 3, series of 1943 of the Municipal Council. Three manuscript signatures appear at the foot, attributed to the Municipal Mayor, Municipal Treasurer, and Councillor respectively.

Reverse description Plain buff paper with a single large circular handstamp applied in violet-blue ink at centre, formed by a serrated outer ring enclosing the legend of the issuing municipality. The numeral '2' and the word 'PESOS' are printed within the interior of the stamp, serving as a denomination validator. The remainder of the reverse is unprinted.
