| Obverse description | Letterpress-printed emergency issue on white paper, enclosed within a double-rule border with a geometric cross-hatched outer frame in black. The field carries a dense yellow underprint of repeated text reading 'Provincial Treasury Negros Occidental' in diagonal bands. Central text in bold block letters reads 'TWO PESOS', flanked by numeral '2' in each lower corner; the upper portion carries the issuing authority, date, and bearer demand clause in smaller letterpress type.
