Popis líce	Typeset letterpress note printed in black on a light greenish guilloche underprint, with denomination numeral '2' repeated at all four corners in red. The circular seal of the Philippine National Bank is applied at right in black ink, overlaid with a red 'Negros Occidental' branch stamp. Three manuscript signatures appear at the bottom, attributed respectively to the Provincial Fiscal Member, the Acting Manager of the PNB Bacolod Branch as Chairman, and the Acting Provincial Auditor as Member, with the serial number printed in red.

Popis rubu	Plain typeset reverse printed in black on a light greenish guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '2' at each corner in black. The centre carries the issue title and authorizing legend in bold and mixed-case letterpress, with no pictorial vignette or ornamental device other than the guilloche background and the decorative saw-tooth border frame.
