| Obverse description | Typeset letterpress note printed entirely in red ink on plain white paper, enclosed within a decorative rectangular border composed of interlocking chain and scroll ornaments with circular corner rosettes. The issuing authority "Consejo Municipal / Samper de Calanda" appears in the upper portion, followed by the denomination "2 Pesetas" in large bold type centred between two horizontal rules. A reimbursement clause in smaller type occupies the lower half, below which the printed title "El Presidente" is followed by a manuscript signature in ink. |
