正面描述 Typeset letterpress note printed entirely in dark blue ink on plain paper, enclosed within a multi-rule rectangular border with a dotted guilloche inner frame. The issuer name AYUNTAMIENTO DE NACHA appears in bold uppercase letters across the upper field, underlined by a double rule, with a manuscript serial number to the upper right. The denomination VALE 2 PESETAS is set in large bold type on a stippled background panel occupying the centre of the note, with handwritten signatures of the Alcalde and Depositario below, each identified by a printed title.

备注

Nachá is a small municipality in the comarca of Berguedà, Catalonia. This note is a product of the Spanish Civil War's extraordinary monetary fragmentation — by mid-1936, the Republic's central supply of small coinage had collapsed entirely, and hundreds of Catalan municipalities printed their own emergency fractional currency to keep local commerce moving. The Generalitat eventually tried to regularize the situation, but towns like Nachá were already issuing paper well before any official framework existed.

The sole security feature is an official municipal stamp — the only thing distinguishing legal tender from a slip of paper with a number on it. Survival rates for these hyper-local emissions are low; most were redeemed and pulped once the crisis passed, if they were redeemed at all.
