| Obverse description | Printed in dark teal-green on plain paper, the entire field is covered by a fine geometric underprint of small repeating squares arranged in a regular grid pattern. The issuer name and date appear in the upper left corner, with the face value numeral and denomination abbreviation in the upper right and lower left corners respectively. The central legend 'CONSEJO MUNICIPAL DE FAYÓN' is set in large bold letterpress type, with the series designation and serial number above it and the emission date across the lower margin.
