正面描述 Printed on pink paper in dark brown letterpress, the note is framed by a double-line border composed of repeated small square ornaments. The issuing authority 'Alcaldía de CASASIMARRO' appears in large bold type at centre, beneath a handwritten serial number line at top. Below the issuer name, a dotted rule separates the purpose clause from the denomination statement, with the numeral '2' rendered in bold display type within the line 'Vale a metálico por 2 pesetas'.

备注

Casasimarro is a small municipality in Cuenca province, Castilla–La Mancha, and like hundreds of Spanish towns it issued its own emergency paper fractional currency during the Civil War years of 1936–1939, when the Republic's coinage essentially vanished from circulation — hoarded, melted, or simply absent from rural supply chains. These municipal emissions, collectively known as billetes locales or vales, were produced under purely local authority with whatever printing resources were available.

The Gari Monerris reference remains unassigned, suggesting either a late addition to the census or a specimen identified after the catalog's principal compilation. Condition varies wildly across surviving Casasimarro pieces; the print runs were small and the paper stock was never intended to last.
