The main Cyrillic text states the treasury obligation to pay the bearer two perperas, with serial number and series designation printed above, and two signature lines below for the President of the Main State Control and the Minister of Finance, with a dated validity notice at the foot reading 'Cetinje, 25 July 1914'. |
