| Obverse description | The face is framed by a large central oval border with ornate scrollwork, enclosing the denomination numeral '2' in bold on both flanks. At the top of the oval, a vignette of scales of justice with an anchor and decorative nautical motifs serves as the central cartouche, flanked by two rectangular panels bearing the Cyrillic inscription 'КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНАГОРА'. The main Cyrillic text states the treasury obligation to pay the bearer two perperas, with serial number and series designation printed above, and two signature lines below for the President of the Main State Control and the Minister of Finance, with a dated validity notice at the foot reading 'Cetinje, 25 July 1914'. |
