| Obverse description | Central oval vignette framed by ornate guilloche borders, with the denomination numeral '2' in large circles at left and right. At the top, a balance scale and anchor motif flanked by cartouches inscribed 'ВЛАДАВИН ЦРНАГОРА'. The central text in Cyrillic script orders the Main State Treasury to pay the bearer Two Perpera, with the large bold legend 'ДВА ПЕРПЕРА' below. Two manuscript signatures appear across the lower centre above an official ink stamp, with serial number and series designations at top and bottom. |
