| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of King William IV, engraved by William Wyon after a model by Chantrey, occupying the central field. The king's portrait features naturalistic, slightly tousled hair and a strong profile with visible sideburns. The surrounding Latin legend reads GULIELMUS IIII D:G: BRITANNIAR: REX F:D:, distributed evenly around the periphery. The entire design is enclosed within a finely executed beaded border. The workmanship reflects the restrained neoclassical style characteristic of Wyon's Maundy coinage. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The central field bears a large, boldly rendered numeral '2' surmounted by a St. Edward's Crown, the whole enclosed within a wreath of oak branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow. The date is split to either side of the numeral, with the first two digits to the left and the last two to the right. The design is framed by a beaded border consistent with the obverse. The composition is characteristic of the Maundy series, emphasising the denomination with heraldic simplicity. |
