| Obverse description | Plain paper card with printed letterpress text in the name of the Civil Commissioner, Bulawayo, setting out the conditions of redemption dated from 1st August 1900 and not later than 1st October 1900. A large manuscript signature of Marshall Hole as Secretary is applied across the lower half of the card, with an oval administrative handstamp in purple ink superimposed over it. The printer's imprint of Chronicle Printing Works, Bulawayo appears at the foot. |
