| Beschrijving voorzijde | Central field occupied by the rampant lion of Brabant facing left, depicted with elaborate mane and raised forepaw, set within a beaded inner circle. The lion is surmounted by a crown of Burgundian style, rendered in fine detail characteristic of late-medieval hammered coinage. A horizontal line beneath the lion suggests a ground line or baseline element.
