A circular Devanagari legend surrounds the upper portion of the field, bearing the royal name and titles of King Mahendra Bir Bikram. Below the trishul, the inscription 'नेपाल' (Nepal) appears, with the Bikram Sambat date '२०१६' (or relevant year) at the bottom of the field.

附加信息	Nepal's coinage underwent a systematic decimal reorganization under Mahendra following his father Tribhuvan's death in 1955, with this series introduced as part of that broader metrication push. Mahendra had also consolidated royal authority considerably — suspending parliament outright in 1960 and ruling by direct decree for the remainder of the period this coin was struck. KM#751 is a short-run type, discontinued once the series was revised in the early 1960s.
