| Reverse description | The reverse displays two Chinese characters in regular script positioned above and below the central square hole, serving as mint and series identifiers. The character 全 (Jeon), denoting the Jeolla Military Fort (全羅兵營, Cholla Pyongyong), appears at the top; the character 收 (Su, meaning 'harvest'), indicating the series designation, appears at the bottom. The characters are boldly cast within a plain raised square rim framing the central perforation, with a broad plain outer rim. This two-character reverse arrangement is characteristic of Joseon Sangpyong Tongbo issues struck at provincial military mints. |
