The central vignette, executed in fine woodcut or engraving style, presents a horse-drawn Berliner Mietdroschke (hackney carriage) with coachman and passenger before a neoclassical urban facade, evoking the city circa 1830. A bold black header panel reads 'BERLINER MIETDROSCHKE' and a lower panel carries the date legend 'UM 1830' flanked by decorative chain ornaments. |
