Below, a central text panel in cursive script states the payment order for 2 Mark to the bearer, dated Paderborn, den 10.11.1921, with two manuscript signatures above the legend 'Der Magistrat'; oak-leaf ornaments in green appear above the central text. Flanking the central panel are two framed portrait vignettes of Schützenfest marksmen in traditional dress — 'Ferrari' (1831–1840) at left and 'Löffelmann' (1879–1910) at right — executed in a colourful illustrative style by H. Niedieck, 1921. |

The side borders are composed of alternating green oak-leaf motifs and red vertical stripes on a black ground.
