Flanking the central panel are two vertical vignettes, each set in a ruled border: at left, a pen-and-ink view of the 'Dieckerturm' medieval tower, and at right, the 'Pulverturm' tower; denomination cartouches reading '2 M' in blue appear below each vignette, with 'Konto E' at lower left and the serial number at lower right.
