The central vignette shows a seated mother nursing an infant, framed by a dark rectangular panel; to the left is a Red Cross shield above the inscription 'ROTES KREUZ / STADT= UND LANDKREIS HELMSTEDT', and to the right a black heraldic eagle above 'VEREINIGTE VERBÄNDE HEIMATTREUER OBERSCHLESIER / ORTSGRUPPE HELMSTEDT'. Two manuscript signatures appear in the lower left and lower right panels, with a three-line verse in German printed beneath the central vignette. |

A stylised church with an onion-domed tower and steeply pitched roof occupies the centre, flanked by schematic trees rendered in red and yellow; the denomination '2 M' appears in large white block numerals at the upper left, the date '24. 12. 21.' is inscribed at the lower right, and the bold slogan 'GEBT FÜR OBERSCHLESIEN!' runs across the bottom margin. |
