Obverse description Black letterpress text printed over a warm tan/orange guilloche underprint, with the denomination numeral '2' in each corner. The camp designation 'Kriegsgefangenenlager Golzern (Mulde)' runs across the top within a decorative border, above the redemption text and the bold central value inscription 'ZWEI MARK'. Two manuscript signatures appear at the lower left and right, attributed to the Verpflegungsoffizier (Oberleutnant) and Kommandant (Oberst) respectively, with the issue date 'Golzern (Mulde) am 1. Februar 1916' centred below and the printer's imprint 'Johannes Pässler, Dresden-N.' along the bottom margin.
