August 1914" and the issuing authority "Reichsschuldenverwaltung" appear in the centre field above two manuscript facsimile signatures, with a prominent red circular seal of the Reichsschuldenverwaltung at the lower right. An anti-counterfeiting warning legend in small letterpress text occupies the lower portion, and a watermark impression is visible at the lower left. |
