The upper black banner carries the title "Gutschein der Stadt Lübbecke i.W." in Gothic script with the annotations "Westfalenlied" and "Vers 4." at upper left and right respectively, while the lower black panel contains the redemption clause, date "Juli 1921", serial number, and the issuing authority "Der Magistrat" with a manuscript countersignature. |
