| 正面描述 | Central vignette in a woodcut-style multicolour letterpress composition shows three figures in 16th-century dress grouped around an open document or book, a reference to the Anabaptist preacher Rottmann defending the rebaptism doctrine on 8 August 1533. Flanking the central scene are two symmetrical red decorative torch or candelabra motifs on a cream ground within a dark outer border. Denomination numeral '2' and 'MARK' appear in large red and black type at lower left and right, with the artist's signature 'JOSEF DOMINICUS' inscribed in red at lower centre-right. A Low German inscription band runs across the top and a second across the lower portion of the vignette, with the redemption clause and date 'MÜNSTER, DEN 1. AUGUST 1921. DER MAGISTRAT' below, accompanied by two manuscript facsimile signatures. |

| 背面描述 | The reverse is dominated by a bold portrait bust of Jan Bockelson (John of Leiden), the Anabaptist 'King of Münster', rendered in a vigorous woodcut-style multicolour print in dark brown, red, and grey tones against a near-black inner field. Large grey denomination numerals '2' flank the portrait at left and right within a chain-link decorative border in red, with 'MARK' inscribed beneath each. A two-line Low German text band in red and black occupies the upper margin above the dates '1534' and '1536', and the bold inscription 'NOTGELD DER STADT MÜNSTER I.W.' fills the lower portion of the note in large red display lettering. |
