Beschrijving voorzijde Printed in orange, brown, and grey, the obverse is dominated at centre by a circular vignette of the Wiedenbrück town seal, rendered in orange and brown, with a key and a cartwheel flanked by twin church towers, surrounded by a Latin legend. Large ornamental Gothic numerals '2' appear at each lateral margin, and the denomination 'Zwei Mark' is set in decorative orange lettering at top. Two armoured medieval figures in brown stand as lateral supporters to the central seal vignette. Below, the issuing text reads 'Gutschein für den Geldverkehr in der Stadt Wiedenbrück' with the date '1.7. 1921', accompanied by two facsimile signatures of the Bürgermeister and the Stadtverordnetenvorsteher.

Beschrijving keerzijde The reverse, printed in brown and blue on a light ground, carries at top a Low German dialect motto in Gothic script. The central vignette depicts a humorous genre scene titled 'De Goldfund von 1862', showing two figures observing a pig that has unearthed a pot of gold coins, rendered in a bold woodcut-like style. Flanking panels at left and right show piled coins and stacked banknotes respectively, alluding to the theme of found treasure. A four-line Low German verse below the vignette recounts the episode, and the printer's imprint 'Ad. Eßich & Co., Oldenburg i. O.' appears in the lower left margin.
