| Beschrijving voorzijde | Bare-headed bust of Ferdinand VII facing right, rendered in the first portrait style with short, loosely curled hair and a plain truncation. The mint mark 'J' appears to the left of the bust and the denomination numeral '2' to the right, both in the field. The circular legend reads FERDIN · VII · D · G · HISP · REX, invoking the king's title as King of Spain by the Grace of God, with the date 1815 positioned in the lower exergual area. The coin is bordered by a continuous beaded rim running the full circumference. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse displays the quartered arms of Castile and León arranged in four quadrants: two castles (upper left and lower right) and two rampant lions (upper right and lower left), separated by ornate foliate scrollwork. At the centre of the composition sits a small oval cartouche bearing a fleur-de-lis, a reference to the Bourbon dynasty. The entire central device is framed by a wreath of laurel and olive branches arranged symmetrically around the perimeter, with a beaded border encircling the whole design. No inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
