| Beschrijving voorzijde | Diademed and draped bust of Louis XV facing left, engraved in the mature portrait style by Joseph-Charles Röettiers. The king's elaborately curled long wig falls to the shoulder, rendered with fine detail characteristic of mid-18th-century French royal coinage.
