| Beschrijving voorzijde | Right-facing bare-headed effigy of King Vittorio Emanuele III occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with finely detailed portraiture characteristic of Romagnoli's style. The truncation of the neck is clean and unadorned. The obverse legend arcs along the upper periphery and identifies the monarch by title, while the engraver's signature, G. ROMAGNOLI, appears below the neck truncation in the lower field. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | A heraldic eagle displayed in profile with wings outstretched and head turned to the left grasps a fasces with axe in its talons, a prominent Fascist symbol. The eagle is encircled by a laurel wreath formed by two branches meeting at the base, where the Shield of Savoy appears as a central dividing element above the denomination.
