| Reverse description | A depiction of the Oboriste Assembly monument, rendered as a commemorative stone tablet set between two torch-bearing posts, the entire composition framed within a wreath of laurel and floral sprigs. At the upper left, a lightning bolt motif evokes revolutionary fervour. The date '1876' and the inscriptions 'АПРИЛ' and 'ОБОРИЩЕ' appear prominently above the tablet. The tablet itself bears a lengthy Cyrillic text commemorating the historic assembly of Bulgarian revolutionary delegates at Oborische in April 1876, where the decision to launch the April Uprising against Ottoman rule was taken. A small foliate ornament appears at the base of the wreath. |
