| Obverse description | The obverse displays the elaborate Royal coat of arms of Bulgaria at the center, featuring a crowned escutcheon charged with a rampant lion, supported by two rearing lions as heraldic supporters, and flanked by crossed military standards bearing the Bulgarian tricolor. A large royal crown surmounts the entire achievement.
