Obverse description Central field bears the Estonian coat of arms: a shield charged with three passant golden lions arranged vertically, enclosed within an ornate wreath of oak branches with acorns flanking both sides. The legend EESTI VABARIIK arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin lettering, while the date 1930 appears in the lower exergual area beneath the shield. The design is rendered in high relief with fine detail on the heraldic lions and naturalistic oak foliage, reflecting the clean neoclassical style characteristic of interwar Baltic coinage.
