Beschrijving voorzijde	The heraldic bear of St. Gallen, rampant to the left, rendered in bold relief at the center of the field, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. The denomination mark '2 K' appears in the lower exergue, separated from the central device by a horizontal line. The circular legend reads MON✦NOVA✦S✦GALLEN, distributed around the periphery with star-shaped separators, all within a finely milled outer border.

Beschrijving keerzijde	Four-line Latin devotional inscription 'SOLI / DEO / GLORIA / 1714' occupying the entire field, the date appearing on the lowest line. The inscription is framed by an elegant ornamental cartouche formed by two symmetrical foliate branches curving inward from either side, the whole enclosed within a milled outer border consistent with the obverse.
