Reverse description The reverse bears a spread Imperial double-headed eagle with wings displayed, surmounted by a single Imperial crown, the breast charged with an orb bearing the Roman numeral II denoting the denomination of 2 Kreuzer. The surrounding legend, separated by pellet stops, reads FERDINAND II ROM IMP S A, referring to Holy Roman Emperor Ferdinand II, and is contained between an inner beaded border and an outer toothed rim typical of hammered silver issues of the period.
