| 表面の説明 | Printed entirely in red on white paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of two workers in vigorous motion — a female agricultural worker on the left and a male industrial worker on the right — rendered in a bold, expressionist letterpress style evoking Soviet-era propaganda art. A red five-pointed star bearing the numeral '2' surmounts the vignette at centre top, flanked by the monogram 'FGy' in upper corner cartouches. The lower portion contains a framed text panel with the denomination inscription, issuer reference, validity date, a serial number, and two manuscript signatures above their respective role titles. |

Fegyver és Gépgyár — the state arms and machine factory on Soroksári út — issued these small-denomination notes during the chaotic monetary conditions of 1919, when the Hungarian Soviet Republic's economic disintegration left factories and municipalities scrambling to produce their own emergency scrip to pay workers. The firm was one of Hungary's most significant industrial concerns, producing everything from rifles to locomotives, and its workforce required reliable small change that the collapsing banking system simply could not supply.
Emergency industrial scrip from this period is frequently encountered in poor condition — factory workers spent it hard and fast, with little reason to preserve it.
