| Obverse description | Stamp-format note printed in sage green on white paper with perforated edges, reproducing the design of the Imperial 2-kopeck postage stamp. A central oval vignette contains a right-facing portrait bust of Tsar Nicholas II within a guilloche border, surmounted by a ribbon cartouche bearing the inscription ПОЧТА.
