The reverse features a coiled imperial dragon rendered in high relief, its scaled body encircling the central field and flanked by cloud and flame motifs in the traditional Qing style. The dragon's ferocious head is depicted in profile at the upper right, with claws extended and tail sweeping across the lower field. A flaming pearl appears to the upper left of the dragon, a classic symbol of imperial power and wisdom. At the center of the composition, two large Chinese ideograms reading 貳角 (2 Jiao) are prominently displayed in the open field enclosed by the dragon's body. The design is enclosed by a fine beaded border. |
