附加信息	Part of Ukraine's long-running commemorative series drawing on the Scythian goldwork recovered from burial mounds across the northern Black Sea steppe, this issue references one of the most spectacular archaeological traditions in the ancient world. The Scythians left no written records; virtually everything known about their material culture comes from kurgan excavations, many conducted during the Imperial Russian and Soviet periods in what is now southern Ukraine. At 1.24 g of four-nines gold, these pieces were never intended for circulation — the National Bank issued them primarily as collector instruments from the outset.
