| Obverse description | At the top of the obverse, the small National Emblem of Ukraine (trident) is displayed prominently in the upper field, with the curved legend НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) arcing beneath it. The central field features an artistic composition of sculptor's and graphic artist's tools set against a stylised, conventionalised palette, evoking the fine arts.
