| Obverse description | A stylized Baroque composition dominates the field, featuring hand-written sheet music set against ornate floral scrollwork, above which a pair of six-winged seraphim are depicted in high relief, symbolizing the spiritual grandeur of the composer's sacred oeuvre. Against a smooth lower field, the Cyrillic legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), rendered in the decorative RuteniaDecor script, arcs above Ukraine's small state coat of arms (trident). To the left of the coat of arms appears the face value numeral 2 accompanied by the hryvnia graphical symbol, while to the right the split issue year 20/21 is inscribed.
