| Obverse description | A stylized Baroque composition dominates the field, featuring hand-written sheet music set against ornate floral scrollwork, above which a pair of six-winged seraphim are depicted in high relief, symbolizing the spiritual grandeur of the composer's sacred oeuvre. Against a smooth lower field, the Cyrillic legend УКРАЇНА (Ukraine), rendered in the decorative RuteniaDecor script, arcs above Ukraine's small state coat of arms (trident).
