| Obverse description | Bare-headed right-facing effigy of Friedrich Günther, Prince of Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, rendered in high relief with finely detailed wavy hair. The truncation of the neck is plain and unadorned. The engraver's signature G.VOIGT appears in small letters at the base of the bust. The circumferential legend reads FRIEDR. GÜNTHER FÜRST ZU SCHWARZBURG, arranged along the inner edge of the milled border. The portrait reflects the neoclassical style characteristic of Carl Friedrich Voigt's work. |
