| Reverse description | The quartered coat of arms of the Principality of Hohenzollern-Sigmaringen, surmounted by an ornate princely crown topped with a cross, is displayed at centre. The shield is supported on either side by a collared hound sejant, both facing outward, resting on a decorative scrolled mantling. The denomination ZWEI GULDEN arcs across the upper legend, while the date 1849 is positioned in the lower field beneath the shield. A fine milled border frames the entire design. |
