| 正面描述 | Central field displays a crowned lion rampant of Brabant, rendered in Gothic style, set against a plain field within a beaded inner circle. Above the lion, a crowned shield bearing the quarterly arms of Brabant and Limburg is prominently positioned. The composition is characteristic of late medieval Netherlandish billon coinage, with bold, deeply struck relief. A beaded border separates the central device from the surrounding circumferential legend. The obverse legend in Gothic uncial script reads the ruler's title as Duke of Brabant and Limburg. |

| 背面描述 | A bold, plain long cross divides the reverse field into four quarters, each containing a Gothic letter: 'B' and 'P' in the upper two quarters, and fleurs-de-lis in the lower two quarters, all within a beaded inner circle. This quatrefoil cross design is a hallmark of the Brabantine groot series of the period. The workmanship is consistent with hammered billon coinage of the early fifteenth century Southern Netherlands. A beaded border frames the field, beyond which the circumferential legend in Gothic uncial characters identifies this as a new monetary issue of Leuven. The overall design is crisp and well-centered for a hammered piece. |
