Below, the title 'BON DU TRESOR' appears in bold letterpress, with 'DEUX GOURDES' beneath it. A two-line authorizing text references the decree of 22 January 1915 and the law of 22 December 1914, with two manuscript signatures below for the Delegue des Finances and the Delegue du Commerce.
