正面描述	Black letterpress on yellow paper, the face entirely text-based within an ornate typographic border with acanthus-scroll corner pieces and repeating floral motifs. The denomination numeral '2' appears in each corner, and the central text block carries the issuing authority, authorizing decree, place and date of issue, and a guarantee clause, flanked below by two manuscript signatures over their respective official titles.
