Obverse description A large stylized crown depicted in low relief, rendered in a distinctly Indo-French artistic style. The crown features a row of fleurs-de-lis alternating with trefoil points along the upper band, with a central fleur-de-lis motif flanked by smaller foliate elements. A decorative wavy band separates the upper crown from a lower row of pellets, giving the design a distinctly ornamental character consistent with native Indian coinage traditions.
