| Aversbeschreibung | The obverse features a stylized depiction of the Treaty of Rome document superimposed on a background evoking the geometric paving of the Piazza del Campidoglio in Rome, designed by Michelangelo, where the treaty was signed on 25 March 1957. The design, common to all participating eurozone nations but bearing country-specific legends, commemorates the 50th anniversary of the founding of the European Economic Community. The circular legend reads RIMSKA POGODBA 50 LET EVROPA 2007 SLOVENIJA in Latin script. The outer ring of the coin bears the twelve stars of the European Union. |

| Zusätzliche Informationen |
The 2007 eurozone commemorative program marked the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome, signed on March 25, 1957, which established the European Economic Community among six founding nations. Every participating member state issued an identical reverse design that year — an unusually coordinated release across more than a dozen mints simultaneously. Slovenia's participation carried particular weight: the country had adopted the euro only on January 1, 2007, making this one of the first Slovenian euro commemoratives struck in the same year the nation entered the currency union.
