| 背面描述 | The standard common reverse design for all eurozone 2 euro coins, as adopted in 2007, is depicted. A stylized map of Europe spans both the inner core and the outer ring on the right side of the coin, rendered without national borders. The denomination 2 EURO is inscribed across the map, with the numeral '2' prominently positioned in the open field representing the eastern Atlantic Ocean to the left. Twelve stars of the European Union are arranged along the right arc of the outer ring, with six stars above and six below the map motif; six vertical lines in the inner core visually connect the upper and lower star groups. The mint mark appears to the left of the numeral '2'. |

Bouboulina commanded her own fleet against the Ottoman navy during the Greek War of Independence, reportedly financing the ships from her personal fortune after her second husband was killed by Ottoman forces. She is the only woman ever designated an Admiral by the Russian Imperial Navy — an honorary rank granted in recognition of her role in the war. Greece issued this coin in 2025 as part of its ongoing commemorative €2 program, which has become one of the more prolific national series within the eurozone.
She was shot dead in 1825, four years before Greek independence was formally recognized.
