Luxembourg's 2007 commemorative marks the 25th anniversary of Grand Duke Henri's accession — though Henri formally became Grand Duke only in 2000, when his father Jean abdicated after 36 years on the throne. The coin was issued through the Monnaie de Paris under a longstanding striking arrangement, as Luxembourg has never operated its own mint facility.
