Obverse description	The inner core features three barn swallows (Hirundo rustica): one depicted in full flight with wings outstretched, and two perched on an electricity line rendered in the lower portion of the field. The Latin binomial HIRUNDO RUSTICA is inscribed as a legend along the upper arc of the inner core, while the country name EESTI and the date 2023 appear in a semi-circular legend along the lower right. The outer ring bears the twelve stars of the European Union flag arranged in a full circle, rendered in high relief against a smooth ground.
