This token was issued for the Sail Den Helder festival, a regional maritime event on the Dutch North Sea coast. "Binnenvaart / Zwanen" refers to inland waterway shipping and the vessel or company named Zwanen — connecting the coastal festival to the Netherlands' extensive commercial barge network.
